Vila hudebního nakladatele Františka Kovaříka od architekta Jaroslava Fragnera z roku 1937. V roce 1961 vilu koupila malířka Alena Ladová, dcera Josefa Lady. Vila byla citlivě zrekonstruována.

Villa of music publisher František Kovařík by architect Jaroslav Fragner from 1937. In 1961 the villa was bought by painter Alena Ladová, daughter of Josef Lady. The villa has been sensitively refurbished.
