Landratura Poznań-Wschód. Gmach wzniesiony przy alei Niepodległości w roku 1910 według projektu Franza Josepha Weissa. Po II WŚ siedziba władz powiatowych, później Młodzieżowego Domu Kultury. Według Atlasu Architektury Poznania (A. Dolczewska) rozbudowany w latach 80. XX wieku o całe skrzydło (o czym nie wiedziałem wcześniej, a załapałem dopiero podczas wykonania przed/po) na potrzeby wytwórni filmów animowanych. Później obiekt zaadaptowano na potrzeby TVP.
Cóż, nie był bym sobą zapewne, gdybym nie wspomniał o stojących tam już prawie rok nielegalnych (kara ograniczenia wolności albo grzywny) przyczepkach z bilbordami widocznymi na zdjęciu i przysłaniającymi zabytkowy budynek oraz naruszającymi obostrzenia konserwatorskie dotyczące założenia urbanistyczno-architektonicznego (A 274), jakim jest Ring Stuebbena, z którym owe przyczepki sąsiadują. Niestety nie wiem, czy MKZ podjął jakiekolwiek działania, które zmierzałyby do ukarania właściciela terenu.
Landratura Poznań-Wschód. The building was erected at Niepodległości Avenue in 1910 according to the design of Franz Joseph Weiss. After World War II, the seat of poviat authorities, later the Youth Culture Center. According to the Atlas of Poznań Architecture (A. Dolczewska) extended in the 80s of the 20th century by the whole wing (which I did not know before, and I got it only during the pre / post performance) for the needs of the animated film studio. Later the building was adapted for the needs of TVP.
Well, I probably wouldn't be myself if I didn't mention the illegal trailers (fine or imprisonment) standing there for almost a year, with billboards visible in the photo and covering the historic building, and violating conservation restrictions regarding the urban and architectural assumption (A 274), which is the Stuebben Ring, with which these trailers are adjacent. Unfortunately, I do not know if the MKZ has taken any action that would punish the owner of the site.
