Im Zollhaus Nickelsdorf Untere Hauptstraße waren die Zollbeamten und ihre Familien untergebracht. Das Zollamt Nickelsdorf im Dorf war bis November 1978 in Betrieb. danach wurde es direkt an die Österreichs / Ungarische Grenze verlegt. Dort wurde die Zollabfertigung bis 10/1994 der Eröffnung der Ostautobahn A4 erledigt.Mit Fertigstellung der Autobahn wurde eine gemeinsame Grenzabfertigung Ö/H auf der ungarischen Seite der Grenzstelle etabliert.
The customs officers and their families were housed in the Nickelsdorf Untere Hauptstrasse customs house. The Nickelsdorf customs office in the village was in operation until November 1978. then it was moved directly to the Austrian / Hungarian border. Customs clearance was completed there until 10/1994 of the opening of the A4 eastern motorway. When the motorway was completed, joint Austrian / H border clearance was established on the Hungarian side of the border post.
