Housed in part of the 15th century residence of the Castelli of Sannazzaro family from Morbegno, the current building dates back to the 18th century, when restoration works transformed its original Renaissance features and completely removed its interior decorations.
The last vestige of the original palace is the small wrought-iron balcony in the front facade, a refined work of local iron craftmanship.
