Auf der Place Kléber in Straßburg räumen deutsche Gefangene die Pflastersteine weg, die als Barrikaden dienten. Die Sherman-Panzer im Hintergrund gehören zur 3. Schwadron des 12. RCA (African Fighter Regiment), das im November 1944 an der Befreiung der Stadt teilnahm.

On the Place Kléber in Strasbourg, German prisoners clear away the cobblestones that served as barricades. The Sherman tanks in the background belong to the 3rd Squadron of the 12th RCA (African Fighter Regiment) which took part in the liberation of the city in November 1944.
