Przy ulicy Lutyckiej 60, w dolinie Bogdanki, od wielu lat stoi opuszczony dom. Mijałem go setki razy, ale dopiero dziś postanowiłem go, w miarę możliwości, spenetrować. Do środka wolałem nie wchodzić. Chylące się ku dosłownemu upadkowi ściany nie zachęcały do podjęcia ryzyka.
Nieruchomość to dość okazała willa najprawdopodobniej z pierwszej połowy XX wieku. Po pożarze blisko dekadę temu, który spowodował dalszą dewastację, zawaliły się piętra, ściany ledwo trzymają pion. Na posesji znajdują się także resztki pomieszczeń gospodarczych oraz ceglany budynek, magazynowy prawdopodobnie.
Wydaje mi się, że całość nieruchomości została poważnie uszkodzona przez podmokły teren doliny Bogdanki, który spowodował zapadanie się ścian. Dodatkowo, dosłownie 2 metry od zabudowań przez dziesiątki lat prowadziła droga krajowa klasy A nr 2, dziś nazywana "starą dwójką" (widoczna na fotografii), i to właśnie pewnie ona mocno przyczyniła się do opuszczenia nieruchomości przez mieszkańców.
At ul. Lutyckiej 60, in the Bogdanka valley, for many years there is an abandoned house. I passed it hundreds of times, but only today I decided to penetrate it, if possible. I preferred not to come inside. The walls, leaning towards a literal fall, did not encourage risk.
The property is quite a stately villa most likely from the first half of the twentieth century. After a fire nearly a decade ago, which caused further devastation, the floors collapsed, the walls barely hold the plumb line. On the property there are also the remains of utility rooms and a brick building, warehouse probably.
It seems to me that the whole property has been seriously damaged by the marshy area of the Bogdanka valley, which caused the walls to collapse. In addition, literally 2 meters from the buildings for decades, it ran the national road class A No. 2, today called the "old two" (visible in the photograph), and it is probably that she strongly contributed to the residents' leaving the property.
