Ziemstwo Kredytowe – monumentalny budynek w stylu neoromańskim, zlokalizowany w centrum Poznania, przy ul. Święty Marcin róg Alei Niepodległości.
Budynek Ziemstwa, wraz z sąsiadującą Dyrekcją Poczty, stanowiły oprawę dla gmachu Zamku Cesarskiego i podobnie jak on zaprojektowane zostały przez Franza Schwechtena, a otwarte w 1910. Sylwetka Ziemstwa (a właściwie jego wieża), stanowi jeden z charakterystycznych elementów urbanistycznych, definiujących panoramę Placu Mickiewicza – jest kontrapunktem dla wieży zamkowej. W odróżnieniu od rustykowanych elewacji Zamku gmachy urzędowe posiadały gładką okładzinę piaskowcową. Gmach Ziemstwa zdobiły ponadto wzorowane na rzeźbie XIII-wiecznej alegorie cnót, z których do dziś dochowała się tylko jedna.
Pierwotnie oprócz funkcji biurowych obiekt pełnił rolę mieszkalną, m.in. mieścił apartamenty dyrektora poczty. Obecnie gmach zajmuje Filharmonia Poznańska założona w 1947 z inicjatywy Tadeusza Szeligowskiego, a także Katedra Technologii Informacyjnych Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego.

Credit Land - a monumental building in the Neo-Roman style, located in the center of Poznań, at ul. Saint Martin, corner of Aleja Niepodległości.
The building of the Earth, together with the neighboring Postal Directorate, constituted the setting for the Imperial Castle building and similarly as it was designed by Franz Schwechten, and opened in 1910. The silhouette of the Earth (or actually its tower) is one of the characteristic urban elements defining the panorama of Mickiewicz Square - is a counterpoint for the castle tower. In contrast to the rustic facade of the Castle, the official buildings had a smooth sandstone cladding. The buildings of the Land also adorned the allegories of virtues modeled on the sculpture of the 13th century, of which only one has survived to this day.
Originally, apart from office functions, the building served as a residential part, including he had apartments for the postmaster. Currently, the building is occupied by the Poznan Philharmonic founded in 1947 on the initiative of Tadeusz Szeligowski, as well as the Department of Information Technology at the University of Economics.
