The castle of Clisson probably at the beginning of the 20th century and today. On display is one of the two cannon towers that were built in the times of the Franco-Breton war at the end of the 15th century. They consist of casemates (low areas used to fire the cannons) in the basement and living rooms upstairs. In the 18th century they were used as a prison. The missing building on the right probably belonged to the horse stables.
