Ulice Nowowiejskiego i Kościuszki, wówczas Kręta i Wały Kościuszki. Dom pracowników Dyrekcji Dróg Wodnych około 1925 roku. Gdyby nie został zniszczony, wyglądałby pewnie podobnie do tego przy ulicy Kościuszki. Niestety, masywne portale zastąpiły zwykłe drzwi z daszkiem z PCV, a dwuspadowy dach nadbudówka, stosowaną na kamienicach także dzisiaj . Zachowała się natomiast boczna, stalowa brama i ogrodzenie. Na fotografii widoczna także budowa pierwszego etapu domu studenckiego Hanka.

If it hadn't been destroyed, it would probably look similar to the one at Kościuszki Street. Unfortunately, massive portals have replaced the usual PVC-roofed doors, and the gable roof is a superstructure used in tenements today. A side steel gate and fence have survived. The photo also shows the construction of the first stage of Hanka's student home.
