Slater Terrace in the Weavers Triangle, Burnley.
1975 when the first picture was taken, shows the area in a fairly run down condition and it remained like this until the area underwent regeneration which can be read about here:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weavers%27_Triangle
The second shot shows some of the work that has been done in regenerating the area and also the new steel footbridge that was opened to the public in 2014
