This two story brick building with stone trim was built in 1844 by the merchant Joshua Picard. Its current address is 104 Main Street, Belfast, ME. Previously, it was the first location of the Belfast Coop, the Artfellows Gallery, and the Waldo Independent Newspaper. Endicott Johnson Shoes (first picture) was a popular mid-20th century Belfast shoe store at this location. The storefront is now home to the Sweet Monkey Business bakery.
