The "Grüner Jäger" (Green Hunter), one of the oldest pubs in Osnabrück. The oldest part of the building dates back to the Middle Ages, its use as a restaurant and the name goe back to the linen merchant Thorner in 1859, who was a passionate hunter. Since 1894, the eldest "Stammtisch" (group of regulars) in Germany meets here.

With kind permission of the Museum Industriekultur.
