This house does appear on the 1875 Belfast Map listed as belonging to George Dyer. This house was in the Clifford family for many years. Notice the chestnut tree which is now fully grown as it appears in the "Then" photo as a sapling. Also notice in the "Then" photo there is a horse drawn carriage and in the "Now" photo there is a more modern car.
